Hello!

Does Perl have any popular conferences or gatherings like they have for Macworld, or PC Expo, etc.? If they do, where are they typically held? Or is it new every time?

Also, are there any good user groups for Perl that I should check out? I want to learn as much as I can before the new school year comes :). Thanks!
