I am stuck to analyse the EST data sets of my project for prediction of polyA

And then what happened?

plzzzzzzzzzzzzz any1 here can help me? :(((((( deadline of my project gona become death line

I doubt it (i don't think so), because on perlmonks , most questions about bioinformatics are asked by people who've never written a computer program, , and they're asked using bio...jargon, and they're never answered using bio...jargon, people who know bio...jargon usually don't visit perlmonks to answer questions

Those of us who try to answer question usually have to ask what the bio...jargon means

See Tutorials: Perl and Bioinformatics

And try asking your question in such a way that it might stand a chance of being understood by those who don't know bio...jargon
