There's a number of possibilities here; for instance, that could be line 621 of some module you've loaded.
Please provide the message in its entirely (preferably within <code>...</code> tags).
Also, if you're able to narrow down where in your script that is occurring, that could help in determining the cause. (Again, post that code within <code>...</code> tags).
