Sorry, it's Al-la-hu ak-bar, which has 5 syllables. (the u is a grammatical ending here)

Short vowels are normally not written in Arabic (or other Semitic scripts)

But you can see the small u (-"accent") ُ in this version:

اللّٰهُ أَكْبَر

IIRC is Allah just the Arabic version of Hebrew and Aramaic Elohim, etc. and used in by various Christian bibles in Asia and Mizrahi Jews
