Is there a way in Perl to check if my 60 web links are working on my one web page. 

All my links are http links such as:

<A HREF="http://weblinks/etc.html">
<A HREF="http://111.11.111.111/links/another.html">

I need to find out if the links are working and if they are not working then give me a message saying the link is not working. If possible I need it to do the check automatically once a day.
