I am not whining, just pointing out that this is noise. If you, or any other user, has problems with any users, bring it up to that user, not in public. Don't whine like a little school girl. The name of the site is Perl Monks, not The Perl Place for Everyone To Hold Hands and Get Along. It is a place to discuss Perl. Who do I think I am? I think I am a long time Perl Hacker, author, local Perl Monger founder/leader/speaker/organizer, and teacher. I come here to help answer questions, and correct answers which are wrong (and there are many here) or expand upon answers with information others would find interesting. Who the hell are you?

What I don't like seeing is people on here whining about getting negative votes, or people crying about how someone was mean. It makes this site seem like a bunch of cry babies. Let's talk Perl, and keep the whining in private, IMNSHO.

You added onto your post that you think loudmouthes should be basically shunned. But, on the incidents you are talking about with neshura, where have these 'jokes' been? In private messages? On IRC? I surely haven't seen them in any posts here (if so, refer me). Anything not brought up in public on this site should be kept out of the public. Most of us aren't children and can learn to handle the people we don't like ourselves. So please, grow up. Cheers, (My standard email closing since 1987)
