I guess something like

( ) Frontpaged 
( ) Not Frontpaged 
( ) Frontpaged by ________________

Where the default would be "don't care."

As far as a use for it, it would come in handy when you find yourself looking for a specific node that you are pretty sure was frontpaged (as I did.) Once it is there, I expect it would be used more as it would give people another way to reference their favorite nodes. Imagine being able to say, "Oh! So-And-So frontpaged a good node on that topic last year but I forget what it was called. It should be easy to find with Super Search though."
