I haven't spent much time around here yet, and I've barely used the Super Search provided, but may I ask why you would need to be able to search based on who frontpaged a post? I could see the 'Frontpaged Nodes' restriction, though even this could be stretching the limit of usefulness. If you know the subject matter of the post in question, I'm sure you won't have difficulties tracking down the post with the current features offered. Honestly, if you remember the name of the user who frontpaged a node, then I'm sure you would also be capable of remembering the post word for word.
