depending upon which system you sit upon, i would heartily suggesting checking out tdimon from www.sysinternals.com if you are on win32.

. you can log, filter, and more using it. it is a source of continual surprise to me.

there are other traffic monitoring tools at the site too, that may suit you better. everything i have checked out there has been free, good stuff.
