i need to create 2 programes the first- the program will call up questions contained within a file called "questions .txt@ one at a time. The answer given by the person who is answering the test will be stored within a text file called @answer txt@. on completion of all the questions the person who did the test will be informed the test is over and will await his/her results. Below is an example of how the layout of the exam should look: 1. which is the capital of England A. Derby B. London C. Burton The second part to it would be: that the program will mark the answers given by the person who took the test, and compare them with the answers given with those contained within a file called "correct.txt@. After completion of the marking the program will inform the person who took the test with how many questions he/she passed and the percentage. i.e You have answered 5 out of 10 correctly Your overall mrk is therefore 50% I also need the psuedo-code which describes in English how the program works IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME WITH THIS I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFULL I ONLY CAME HERE BECAUSE I KNOW THAT YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST THANKYOU.
