Fellow Monks

I'm thinking about how to organize an YAPC at Brazil, for the local perl community. But I never, ever in all my life organized nothing greather than a birthday party.

For that reason, I'm here, humbling searching for the wisdom and advice of the Perl Monks.

How can I organize an YAPC at Brazil?

Is there any organization that can help me?

Is there any way of asking for fundings for the Conference?

Is there something like a YAPC How-To or some simmilar document to guide newbye organizers?

Is there somebody that could help with directions and advice?
