I think the best approach would be to buy the banner space at the top of the site, which lately has been advertising www.pair.com. This would get your message out most effectively and place it beyond the editorial control of the ordinary users here.

I'm not sure how you go about buying the banner ad, but I have seen a few other companies advertise there, so I assume that it is possible.
