I really like suggestion 2, especially coupled with the idea that certain types of Consideration require a couple of hours before they become available. I think Edit should be available right away, but Delete should require a delay. Not saying anything new here, just voicing my opinion on the matter.

Out of curiosity, though, is there a reason this overhaul is being considered? Are there a lot of Considerations going across the board that shouldn't be? I guess I'm just wondering if there's any justification for adding even more complexity to the Monastery.
