It looks to me like your expression is the equivilent of :
my @numbers = $aKnosId =~ m/([a-z]{2,})/gUpdate I was totally wrong... sorry. Try this:
my @numbers = $aKnosId =~ m/(([a-z])(?:(?=\2)[a-z])+)/gBut then again Roy's answer is better.
