As others have pointed out an individual IP will not have an individual entry in a IP Registries whois database. The smallest unit you are going to get is a network - specified here in the ARIN database by the NetHandle, NetName and NetRange fields. Of course this will be different in the database of, say, RIPE, which will have a different format.
