Perlmonks rules!

I know absolutely nothing about PHP but would like to get my feet wet and am wondering if any of my fellow brethern know of a PHP community site that would akin to perlmonks?

Please no flames about "Why do you want to mess with that junk?!?!". Just want to see what the fuss is about.
