OT: Good PHP Community Site

mdog has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Perlmonks rules!

I know absolutely nothing about PHP but would like to get my feet wet and am wondering if any of my fellow brethern know of a PHP community site that would akin to perlmonks?

Please no flames about "Why do you want to mess with that junk?!?!". Just want to see what the fuss is about.

I don't know if it is "akin" to perl monks, but you should check out PHP Freaks. You can find a lot of good info there. Also, you can't go wrong by going directly to the source. HTH, /Larry	[reply]

M$ employee walks into the Redmond common lounge and exclaims, "Guys, what is the fuss about these computers named after a fruit?" M$ employee is pointed to the local Fruit-of-the-loom store. M$ employee is barred from publishing his blog, and then summarily fired. EFF takes on yet another freedom-to-know case. Update: Obviously, I am posting the above tongue-in-cheek. mdog, the world of PHP is full of forums and help sites much like most other languages. I doubt, however, any place would come close to the spirit and community of Perlmonks. -- when small people start casting long shadows, it is time to go to bed	[reply]
