I hit the "Perl News" link, because I was trying to find the
Registration for YAPC::NA in Toronto is now open node.
I wanted to vote for it, but I didn't see any ++ or -- buttons, nor the Vote button.
I followed the entry link and behold, there it was.
This meant I could vote on the node but not from the Perl News section...
Before posting this I searched to see whether this had been discussed before... I found Voting button missing in Perl News, dated from 2001, but it seems to me that the problem back then was a little bit different...
Any has any light to shed on this?
(And, in the case this is a bug, yes, I do know that people have lots of things to do and I'm not demanding anything from anyone, I'm merely trying to understand whether it's a deliberate thing or not :-) )
