I have installed a CGIProxy script (CGIProxy 2.0.1) When i try run script ('beging browsing') I get

"CGIProxy Error Couldn't connect to www.yahoo.com:80: Permission denied"

However I understand that Perl is poor and primitive tool to do something good.
But nevertheless I would try this script.
What is problem??
