Dear Master Monks,

Would anyone be interested in starting a PerlMonksConf?

I would really like to meet everyone on here and make a day or two of it. Or would it be better to just get eveyone to try and go to things like YAPC?

The good thing about doing/running our own is that we could make the entry price cheaper, so more people could come along. My company would easily provide some sponsorship money.
