Set up your own, private CPAN mirror and upload to it (perhaps with CPAN::Mini::Inject). Set up your machines as CPAN Testers. They find out when the new modules show up, then download it, test it, and mails you the results.

Or, you could just let CPAN Testers do all that. :)
