This is worse than homework! This "person" is wanting us to answer questions from a technical interview. These type of questions are commonly posed by dim witted governement beurocrats looking to hire someone ( because the previous holder of the position finally couldn't take the BS any longer and called the fraud, waste and abuse hotline) they can disrepect as a geek who will solve "small minded technical matters" for them, like how do I send faxes from Explorer, waste tax payer money and how do I tie their shoes without getting their fingers caught, thus leaving them to the "big picture" problems "for their big brains" like how to pull their "big-fat heads"out of their "big-fat" asses before the world explodes and cost them their million dollar homes in Monterey.
