I have noticed some inconsistencies in this facility. For example, at a certain time a node's reputation was listed as -2 (+0 -2). A few minutes later it changed to -1 (+0 -1), in other words a plus vote and a minus vote cancelled each other out, which is fine for the reputation itself, but not for the breakdown field to the right, which no longer reflected how the reputation is broken down - a correct breakdown would have to have been (+1 -2) or (+2 -3) or ... given that some of the history was known. The problem doesn't happen always, because I often see nodes showing a combination of non-zero + and - votes, it's just that the history of votes in opposing directions for the breakdown field in brackets seems to be unreliably rather than always inaccurately reported.

Update: Ironically this node is a case in point. At this moment I see only four down-votes which for all I know is +1000, -1004, and no explanation in reply. I find it hard to apply that information, especially given that I am merely stating some facts, not giving an opinion about anything - tempting as it may be in this case ;)
