Same thing: 'Hullo Weird!'.
Update: it seems to be a caveman dialect of Ook! The vocabulary and grammar are the same, but the pronunciation to quite different. It may be that the caveman version is based on translation of a written version of the original Ook! message and has resulted in a complete alteration of the sound of the words. (Possibly the cavemen couldn't pronounce the original Ook! however and the result is a simple corruption of that language.)
