So many answers and not one straight answer and straight link. Maybe that's the reason why so many programs don't work straightforward these days or work at all. Are you having a big time defending Perl is such a great language, if it was, you could save yourself all the textlines and just give me a direct link, that's the only thing the user was asking.

I puzzled out Frozen Bubble, thank you for the direct?? link.

frozen bubble
press 1 - I am now on the website with the name: sourceforge.net
press 2 - download enhanced frozen bubbles win32 port
press 3 - frozen bubble, download
press 4 - fb installer.exe
press 5 - please select a mirror
press 6 - download

Installation is normal. I had to press 11 requests before it was installed but that is normal these days for installing a childs game.

Problem 1
The mouse doesn't work in the frozen bubble configuration window, so I cannot set the screen to full screen for example. I don't have a joystick, maybe that's the way to set the configuration window. Keyboard didn't work for setting to full screen.

Problem 2
It is a nice game and the movements of the balls are smooth! But the game isn't very complicated like Midtown Madness or similar.
So.........
Do any of you have a direct link to a complicated game written in Perl?
If you don't you don't have to scream that Perl is such a good language.
