I have a mailing list which I am using sendmail with. When I submit a mailing, some (I am not sure if all) have the following header: 
X-Spam: [F=0.0060124920; S=0.010(2007010901); MH=0.500(2007013016); R=
+0.374(s10/n17); SC=none]
X-MAIL-FROM: <anonymous@st99.myispname.com>
X-SOURCE-IP: [192.yyy.zz.xxx]
X-MxL-Spam-Verdict: No

I have contacted my ISP, and they have yet to respond, but perhaps am I using sendmail incorrectly? The account I am trying to mail from is not anonymous@st99.myispname.com.
