why not adding a "Keywords" textbox to the "Add your question" form?

In this way the starter of a node can specify some few words that he/she thinks are mostly significant to categorize his/her question. Then some experienced user can check the node after replies and make final modifications if necessary. If uniform keywords are used than a very effective index is available.
