I think that a preview button on the code submission would be nice...but not necessary.
When you submit your code, there is a little link that says something among the lines of "Edit your code submission" or something. So you can actually edit that root node anytime you want by just clicking on the link. Since this link is there, the preview button would be pretty obsolete. Though it would be much more convenient to have a preview. That way you don't have to click back and forth to edit every mispelling and such.
I do have one suggestion, though, that I think some people will like. When you add code in the 'code' box, it would be A LOT nicer if the <code> tags were automatically added on. I noticed that many people assumed this which led to the node being
considered for no <code> tags.
