I'm on a virgin windoze machine, need to install PAR pp, but can't seem to get it to go. I've done this before, once, on another machine, but it's been a long time, and I don't recall how I did it then.

I've got the latest ActivePerl, and the pp install tarball from CPAN. I ran perl makefile.pl, seemed to go OK. Trying to run nmake, but can't find the makefile I should run it against. Maybe the perl makefile.pl didn't run to completion?

Anyway, I thought there was a simpler way, but my fuzzy brain isn't recalling it. Can someone help me out?
