They're really full of as much garbage and poorly formatted whitespace as they are useful code.
Might be actually true.

But while you can easily check for yourself in CUFP or Snippets the "Categories" links at the top of the Code section give the impression (when followed), that no post was made after 2002 for that particular category (any category), as observed in the OP for CGI Programming.

Looks like a bug in the presentation of the data to me.
