I second the previous agonized screams from other posters. PLEASE remove your failing tests from the production code on CPAN before you drop this.

Having just had a new baby, I can appreciate the "don't have time now" issue, but I also have hundreds of people out there building on firewall-blocked systems which don't have easy upgradeability and users who are savvy enough to apply FORCE or build manually.
