I'm doing my best, really. Every time I try to make it work without telling it that IV=4, just I=1 and V=5, I end up making it longer anyway. I'm new to perl, so there's probably some nifty special variable or something that would solve all my problems. If you have any tips, I'll be glad to hear them because I'm not doing particularly well in any of the challenges.

Oh well, I think I'm doing OK for my age...
