Nearly every error you have there is an Apache configuration issue.

Include httpd.conf and one of your CGI apps and we might be able to suss out what's going on. Just posting a random smattering of error messages isn't going to help us to help you. Go ahead an 'update' using a readmore tag and put the httpd.conf and a sample file.
