I've been dreading this, but that's why I posted my resolutions. I posted my resolutions prior to the official(?) Perl Resolutions at On the Road to Perl Enlightenment, My 100th Post, and New Year's Resolutions Here's the grist:
Just so that it's written before witnesses, (to put some pressure on myself) here are my new year's resolution's for 2001:
Ack, Ack, Ack... I've been following the jellybean mailing list with much interest wishing I could find the focus to get involved. But activity on this resolution is nill
More Acks. (Here come the excuses) When I made my resolution I had no idea that I'd have to be fluent in EJB's before the end of the year (no prior exposure).
Not too bad on this one I have come in and at least read Best Nodes and selective Newest Nodes and used most of my votes daily. Sometimes it's been hard to even keep to this goal but I'm pretty good on this one.
Ahh and embarass my self I did with Dice::Dice and Beginners OO Workbench but I did learn a lot and checked off this resolution. (I know that's a cop out to stop there:)
And if I don't keep these minimal personal resolutions -- I resovle to create a new permonks login and start over in 2002.
I can say already there's no way I'm starting over *g*, but I still haven't given up on checking them all off.
