Interesting idea, ++ for the suggestion. Someone suggested carrying over half of the votes, so may I complicate things by saying either half of the votes to a maximum of a quarter of your daily allotment, or just plain one quarter of the votes?

Ehm, what about the nearest integer approximation of the (inverse) golden ratio of the votes? Just because I'm too fond of that number!
