I'm not retarted. I searched for the error and I didn't see any obvious solution. I already read the docs about Net::Whois::IP and I don't see what to do or what I did wrong when I get such error. Btw, everything you told me I already knew. But I'll read the docs again, maybe I missed something. English is not my native language.
