I use a combination of custom software and Shout.pm, a Perl interface to libshout, a library for streaming to a Shoutcastish server.

And I would like to point out because it's so damn funny is that one (1) (uno) (single) day after writing this (especially the "up 24/7" bit) I had my connection pulled due to bandwidth limits.
