I'm a newbie to HTML::Template and after reading the documentation and tutorial on CPAN I still had some unanswered questions so I decided to read the mail list archives. Unfortunately all the mail list links in the CPAN documentation are defunct.

Is HTML::Template still supported and active? If not, has it been superceded by something else? Where is the best place to find info on this?
