Not to be rude, but there are a ton of nodes right here on PM that could help you out. Just type in ms sql in the 'search' box that's at the top of every single page.

For future reference: the more information you provide with your question the better. Do you need to just SELECT data? Do you need read/write access? Are you connecting from a Unix, Win32, or other type of machine? What have you tried so far? What resources have you checked out? Monks, like most people on the internet, generally help people who can help themselves :-)
