Hi, are you using Activestate perl on HPUX (yes they do offer it)? If so, have you tried installing the modules with ppm?

If you're using GNU perl and you're porting an application from windows, you may be in for some work rewriting code to use the modules suggested elsewhere in this thread.

BTW, some of the monks really don't like seeing 'URGENT' in node titles.
