remove "This Node" (from your personal nodelet), add to (Personal Nodelet|Scratchpad) links

Having the Personal Nodelet in your nodelet bar gives you these two links that will add a node either to your (public|private) scratchpad or to your Personal Nodelet. Unless you mean browser bookmarks, the Personal Nodelet is an on-site bookmark feature.
