First go to View menu and select "All Packages" (or press Ctrl+1) to see all avaiable packages (not just installed).

Second Edit->Preferences (or Ctrl+P) to add more repositories. Go to Repositories tab and add Suggested items (like bribes, uwinnipeg etc.)
