hello
in the documentation of perl such as this page:

there is a title bar NAG in the middle of the screen, it is floating and stick in its place ,look at this picture: i refer to it by a red arrow:

indeed it causes some pain in my heart, there is no such nag in the previous documentation.
since i do not know to whom i may talk, i hope from the documentation administrator and designer to re think of this annoyance, and if someone from the good people of this community find it annoying to support me.
at least the designer of this nag can put x on it so we can close it
