Hello I am a complete squicky clean newbi to Perl. I'd like to develope web applications with Perl. I couldn't find answers to my questions in faq so i am asking here. My OS is Win XP SP3, no C compiler. What should i download in order to start? I've heard about xampp, is this the thing? Is there a Perl Developement Environment where one can visually design a web application? Visually meaning that i can see and test a form as it would appear in the user's browser window.
