Sign him him up for several pr0n mailing lists and then accidentally let HR know that you saw something, er, uncomfortable on his machine. It should be pretty easy to eject him based on the risk of a lawsuit.

Just in case, it WAS meant as a bit of a joke...unless you're seriously. In that case, you're on your own.
