That's not a matter of Win32::OLE but far more a matter of the application you want to automate. You haven't told us about the application. Is it Microsoft Outlook? Then you will want to read the Microsoft Office Automation documentation, the Microsoft Office Object Model, and the Microsoft Outlook Object Model. If you want to automate receiving and handling mail that is not stored in an Exchange store or to which you can get IMAP access, the IMAP modules can handle that well.
