Given that it requires FUSE C library and the FUSE kernel module., a very non-standard thing, that doesn't mean much.

Anyway, it seems like a typical LD_LIBRARY_PATH problem 

echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
ldd Fuse.so
...
