I've come here because I don't know where else to go.

I know a little bit of perl, I can do a little with it, but I'm more or less ignorant in the ways of Coding.

I'll cut to the chase: A friend of mine is in a contest where he could win up to $7,500- a considerable sum. (This is divided between him, one other person, and our school.) All he had to do was wear a suit made of Duct Tape to prom. He made a suit, his girlfriend made a dress, and they went to the prom.

A picture for the curious can be found here.

To win, however, he must get the most votes on the webpage. Here's the page; he's number 213: third row, second column. Looking over the rules, I noticed that they said nothing about voting more than once; infact you are asked if you want to vote again. I told him this, and he told me he'd give me $500 if I could win it for him.

This is an offer I couldn't refuse.

Unfortunatly, the skill required to make an "autovoter" is just beyond what I possess.

I was sitting at my computer, on my favorite web site, everything2, bemoaning my insufficient training when I loaded a new page and noticed the Perlmonks banner.

Perl Monks, you are my only hope. If he wins and gives me the money, I will donate half of it to blockstackers- I think that's fair.

Please help me!
