Can someone help me resolve an installation problem, please.

When I try to execute a command I'm getting the error message "'perl' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file".

I am a complete layman when it comes to Perl, but I have managed to install it on my other computer (which is not with me right now).

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
