Is it my imagination, or have the recent defensive changes altered the html cache control policies for PM?

I've done no investigation, but it seems that if (for example) I back up to Recent Threads having just viewed a post from there, my browser seems to be immediately refreshing the page. It never used (as recently as a couple of days ago), to do this.

I don't believe that this can be a local thing as I haven't even closed my browser for at least 2 weeks, never mind updated anything that might cause this.
